Fair Value?!?!.....
Curious...How is "fair market value" a deserving effort by TST senior Management/BOD to TST shareholders??? Especially, when 80% of the TST assets (at 14 cents) is CASH!!! Repeat, 80% of this deal is CASH. And, CASH to a biotech like PLS is golden (or, at a minimum... comes with a 10% interest rate, convertible). With 80% cash, many here, could have arranged this deal alone from their laptop!! And, collected the $X.X million finder fee I haven't read yet. Not through all Sedar info quite yet. What about maximizing shareholder value with a bit (or, just a fair value) of a premium?!?!
