Suggestion

For those of you who are worried that PLI might jump in value before the conversion, why don't you sell TST at 0.135 and convert to PLI? I did and I'm already up a little.

that works if no better offer comes, and assumes shareholders accept the 14 cents. ( the most likely IMO) many are hoping for a better offer, should this happen you have already comitted to the 13.5 cents you sold TST for. hopefully this works out for you. best of luck

I understand the offer from PLI is a binding offer. Which means , to me, there is no chance of another one unless the shareholders turn it down. I agree with you that it is unlikely that will happen. However, if it did happen the stock price would probably plummet minus another offer. In this whole sorry mess I blame the FDA. They encouraged the company to apply with the existing stats and then ...more

Don't forget the option of sell at .135 or .14 and if share holders don't accept offer buy back in at .04
