The challenge with the tender is that is requires a % of the entire share count unlike a AGM that is a % of the votes cast. A big difference. AGM turn out was 46% only. This is the challenge as you got to dig people out of their graves. Seems like half do not care anymore because they lost 90% of their value and sit in there non-taxable accounts perhaps.
When do you see a dividend coming back? The BDC loan prohibits it.
Is Fink really 80+ years old? The macro environment, current ceo, debt, nill trading volume, I find it bizarre that Bonterra is not exploring strategic alternatives. I truthfully feel that Fink is becoming senile.
