Bonterra Energy Corp. is a Canada-based conventional oil and gas company with operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. The Company operates through development and production of oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin segment. Its operating areas include Pembina Cardium and other areas, which include Saskatchewan and Northeast British Columbia. The Company is focused on the development of the Pembina and Willesden Green Cardium lands within central Alberta. It has Shaunavon properties in the Chambery field, which produce medium density crude oil from the upper Shaunavon formation under waterflood. It also has an undeveloped Charlie Lake asset that is prospective for light oil in Bonanza, Alberta. The Company has over 116 net sections of contiguous land in the light oil prone Charlie Lake.

Haywood has an updated price deck floating around. They have Bonterra FCF $169 million this year and $166 million next year, which means we are completely debt free some time in Q3 2023.

We are 40 million shares fully dilluted, I repeat 40 million shares fully diluted.

I don't think Bonterra has to do a damn thing other what they are currently doing.


Depends how you look at it.  It's no surprise to the world that LNG facilities are in works.  The property isn't a core property to BNE (I don't even know if there is production there?) they won't drill it.  They're wayyyy behind almost every single producer in terms of returning capital to shareholders.  It would get creditors off of their back and they wouldn't be forced in to poor hedges.  Gas prices are high.....

Lots of reasons to do it in my opinion.
