Bonterra Energy Corp. is a Canada-based conventional oil and gas company with operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. The Company operates through development and production of oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin segment. Its operating areas include Pembina Cardium and other areas, which include Saskatchewan and Northeast British Columbia. The Company is focused on the development of the Pembina and Willesden Green Cardium lands within central Alberta. It has Shaunavon properties in the Chambery field, which produce medium density crude oil from the upper Shaunavon formation under waterflood. It also has assets in the Prespatou area of northeast British Columbia, which consists almost entirely of natural gas and associated natural gas liquids. It also has an undeveloped Charlie Lake asset that is prospective for light oil in Bonanza, Alberta. The Company has over 116 net sections of contiguous land in the light oil prone Charlie Lake.

RE:RE:RE:Peters presentation Rex, it better not be Entrada first...I maybe buy shares if BNE did get Ricochet.
Biggest reason being getting oily for next 6-8 months is right move if a deal can be had.
Ricochet is like 74% oil and 6% NGL's...extemely good on oil percentage..not NGL's inflating the liquids number. Entrada got quite gassy. Lucky if Entrada had 1300 barrels on oil side gith now.

Getting over the 10000 barrel of oil per day is what Rico would do and over that mark...company becomes less ricky...can afford to do more risk.

It is a good thing Ricochet paid low and got assets in low point of cycle as deals are harder to do when selling at a loss. Some china outfit in like 2016 paid over 230M for Bacclieu...situations when company is stuck make it harder.

Lots of reasons from Rico side for wanting to do ths, they will get a better vaulation from being bigger as well. Guess time will tell if anything happens here.
