I think it becomes harder to offer a winning bid when TVE likely doesnt want any shares in any deal. TVE wants cash to drill and lower debt not shares.
I dont think matters as probably lots of deals beyond this in cardium. This could be first shoe to drop.
Saturn may be sell have their cardium for sale.
Nobody knows for sure, OBE may have bid for that TVE package, had to be other bidders to get final sale price to over 123m.
OBE is in a good spot as they can wait until any downturn and swallow up even this private company that won the bidding for TVE property. Nobody knows detauls yet on them.
