Remember When
Bandit said these things this year and was called all kinds of things, but yet what happened? exactly what I said should happen:
- need a new guard. Check
- need new bankers. Check
- need term debt. Check
- sell non core overhead sucking properties. Not yet.
If they're going to continue to eliminate bank debt then a $2 dividend needs to come our way immediately after doing so.

Let's all celebrate the brilliance of our friend, Eeyore from the 100 acre wood. Despite his complaints about thistles ( option writing). He is the most accomplished of us all with his pronouncements and prognostications!
