Greed and foolishness are closely related.....

Greed and foolishness are closely related.....Every cotton picking cent Bankers has earned (after the stiff royalties and excise tax) in Albania has gone directly back into ground to develop the play into a more valuable resource. Could the Albanian authorities be any more foolish or maybe greedy? Equity investors have funded the development of the field in the first place and loans that the equity holders are on the hook for. These birds would put bullet in the head of the golden goose and think supper is solved and miss out on the golden eggs of future revenues generated from the continuous re-investment. By the way.....I would like to personally express my extreme gratitude to "theDave" for his most insightful posts....a true bulletin board posting icon indeed!
