According to today's PR the deal is only pending Chinese regulatory approval. Finally.

Going down ..2.05... the idea is that at 15000bbl/day (daily prod.) the flo.bbl is 38000$ and this is huge for now....

Even with the deal this close,people do love to hate this stock. Unless freeing up money for other deals, it doesn't make any sense to be selling here. Go figure.
