RE:RE:No dividend increaseBNS announced a dividend of $1.03/share on August 23, in conjunction with Q3 results (see https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2022/08/23/scotiabank-announces-dividend-on-outstanding-shares).
They also announced a dividend or $1.03/share on May 25, in conjunction with the Q2 results (see https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2022/05/25/scotiabank-announces-dividend-on-outstanding-shares). There was no increase in Q3 relative to Q2. Banks normally announce dividend increases in conjunction with Q2 and Q4 results. This year, BNS skipped the Q4 increase. It will be interesting to see what the other banks will announce in the next few days.
