It did well during Covid but has fallen off and it will be difficult to get back to Covid volumes. Its results are bumpy and he wants more consistency.

Oops! Stock up 30% since you posted this in January. I was buying more in January and still think this will rip on future contract announcements. Analysts a bit hesitant after getting burned but the news flow (e.g. contracts, real estate monetization) will be helpful over the course of the year.
