expense off Prefer dividends while they can expense off interest on debt to pay less TAX. I'm guessing come 2026 the C's going to cost the company maybe close to 10% or $2

Follow the money. Banks and just about every other company
are redeeming their reset prefers when they have the opportunity to do so (when they reset every 5 years). Some taking out loans to do so even. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING
