I was encouraged the N series (my largest position) traded a huge123,000 shares yesterday and it only went down $0.10 per share.  No doubt some of these sales were the Pref ETFs.

I am convinced 2024 is going to be a hugely important year for Brookfield.   For the first time in years, their credibility is being questioned and rightly so given the ongoing horrendous performance of BPY.  

Looking forward to seeing all the Pref ETF holdings at year end.
