RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What other Reit grew their balance sheet $19 Billion in 2023I checked out BPY reports long ago...skimmed them.  Yes, I looked again to see what 52, 56 to see what you were refering to.   Already saw it long ago, most of it repeated in previous reports.   

But you are correct, I don't do "indepth" research.   reports are 140+ pages of "accounting" and "legal" terminology.   

"reading between the lines".......   what does events of Jan 19 tell you "between the lines"???   Yes, it's hard, there's no written report, you are trying to see what's not written.    What does your gut tell you about Jan 19.   

Give you a hint, your first post response told me what your gut was saying.
