RE:An interesting article ....What this article forgot to mention was that..... 

BPY was Privatized by BN.    If it was important that BPO was privatized by BPY, then BPY being privatized by BN should be just as significant/meaniful.   

Also, IMHO, the GOC 5yr of 3.30% the article uses to calculate Reset yields is low.
