RE:RE:2 difference between the N's and the T's

RE:RE:2 difference between the N's and the T'sthose rates appear high if your chart only goes back 10-15 years, historically current rates are near the median even slightly lower. Some will argue they cant stay this high because of this or that....well surprise surprise here comes some black swan event or stagflation and they keep soaring.

I never assume to know what rates will do hence why some of my prefs have resetted in the past few months, some are upcoming in the next few months up to 9 months ahead. I also keep some prefs floaters, some linked to the 3 months and some to the preferrential rate, My T-bills and corporate bonds are also ladderred that way. 

This way I will never make a killing on the market but I wont get murdered either.
