There is still some "tax loss selling" going on on the BPO preferred (and many other preferred shares).
This is the time to add to your portfolio (unless you are fully invested).
My wife and I added some BPO.PR.A a few minutes ago and we still have an order for more BPO.PR.T (unfilled at this time)
