Guarantee follows where ever the money goes??...

maybe this is the easiest way to understand "Continuing Guarantee".

Property can not disappear.

Corporations can disappear, they can go bankrupt, dissolve, but this clause says basically nothing stops this guarantee, it continues.

All just my opinion/view/thinking/guessing...... now just making up stuff to make me feel better, going off in la la land.
