I did the same.  I read it and understood its legal meaning.

Furthermore, last Summer/Fall, I offered links to that information to a poster (who does not know me, my investment experience or size of my portfolio) who now claims - over and over - that I never read it!  How could he possibly know that?

That document (guarantee) is not THE most important or relevant when it comes to investing in BPO preferred shares.  It is only one relatively small aspect of one's research an investor performs BEFORE investing in a stock.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the performance of our BPO.PR.T holdings, as part of a diversified high yield portfolio.

If posters are unhappy or unsatisfied with the information posted on this board they may want to

1) take an few hours and review every post for the last twelve months.  Better yet, they could ask someone they trust to do so with an open mind - without bias - and explain the value or merits of the information provided.

or

2) find another discussion board where posters will agree with his point-of-view, his perspective, if that is what he is looking for.
