I have been buying BPO.PR.X and W. Also bought more WFC-T. All dividend kings imo. WFC has not decared a dividend yet for this year. Hint .....business is going well.
I finally shifted money from the UK. I used Wise btw. No problem to send myself an E-transfer.

I have stayed at this resort twice. It is spectacular. Hi Wynner, Thanks for the link....that would be a nice cash injection into BPY. To be honest, I am not sure if it is in BAM's funds which BPY is an investor (eg BSREP Funds) or BPY owns directly.
