Nibbling here.

I have been buying BPO.PR.X and W. Also bought more WFC-T. All dividend kings imo. WFC has not decared a dividend yet for this year. Hint .....business is going well. 
I finally shifted money from the UK. I used Wise btw. No problem to send myself an E-transfer.

Trifle . Missus loves custard.

I have stayed at this resort twice. It is spectacular. Pretty good return for Brookfield properties........I they ever sell it. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Brookfield Asset Management bought the Atlantis from the Kerzner Group in 2012 for $175m, has now been reported as considering selling the property for as much as $2.5bn. Hi Wynner, Thanks for the link....that would be a nice cash injection into BPY.  To be honest, I am not sure if it is in BAM's funds which BPY is an investor (eg BSREP Funds) or BPY owns directly. I am certain it is not on the books for $175M, they account for these things at current value, so no big sweet profit to book. Nonetheless, it would be a significant liquidity event and a ...more
