You got that right Crazy one.

I've seen them gang up on a resource stock until it goes under through lack of funds. (many).

I'll leave that there.
This is completely different and therefore Boneheaded. You can't short these pref's in to bankruptcy. This is debt......not junior gas explorers.
I doubt they can spell "Prefered".
