All I know is .......This cap gain tax don't affect me much. Shania?

I have a capital loss carry forward. We don't make more than $250,000 capital gains in a year. (generally).
We have 2 real estate properties other than our home that have a big gain IF we were to sell them. We would income split both so that I and wifey would get the $250,000 allowance. We are not selling.

Not costing me any more than yesterday. I will not pay no way?
