Maybe the TSX is confused as the rest of us re. this reverse takeover agreement.

Take your shares divide by 4 then add (Shares/4 * .375 warrants (.50 strike))

Tea I have some German blood but not enough to grasp this .  What percentage does BPV own of the final product if you count the warrants as .375 share
