I would say you have done okay since December and you made a pretty solid pick in BPY.

I hope you are wrong on BPY putting in new lows....because I am staying long.  

I do agree, the price action has certainly not been great.....amazing it has been just 3 months since BPY made a bid for US$500 million of its own stock at US$21 and it never got filled.  I suspect another sizeable bid will come soon enough.
