 Also bought a large number of shares in different accounts at 20 after 21.5. Yeilding about 8%, and dividend growth has been solid.
 
These guys are amongst the most sophisticated asset managers, and property managers in the world.
 They own some of the best properties in the world, and are re-developing the malls, which is one reason the market sees risk care I suspect. Brexit doesn’t help either 
To me, the downside is limited.

This is in my view, an incredible time  to double down on the stock. They have stated multiple times it is trading below NAV, and will continue to buy shares, or take some action to realize the value.

They are masters at this, and the longer this stays lower, the happier I am. I have this on DRIP  and if it gets down much lower I’ll buy even more
