Share Repurchases

Share RepurchasesI do not see anywhere where BPY repurchased any of their stock in the month of August?

IF this is in fact correct, I can't understand how CEO Kingston can say on the Aug 2 earnings call that repurchases of BPY stock is the single best use of the companys capital and then not even purchase token amounts of shares in the market?

Adding to this, the company made an offer earlier this year to repurchase US$500M at US$21 per share and to date, they have still only filled like US$450M of that amount - and so it makes no sense to me that they have NOT been opportunistically buying at prices considerably less than US$21 in the month of August?

Given this disconnect, lets hope something bigger is cooking.
