RE:Feds to unveil rent relief for businesses

RE:Feds to unveil rent relief for businessesReits have taken a beating and i can partially understand why however my take is that businesses and indivoduals have 3 core expenses. For indoviduals its food and shelter. The government us and can have made clear they will provide for all citizens. The amount of capital and payroll subsidy has already made clear that businesses should be able to keep paying rent. I believe there will be a small- mid precentage of retail that will require rent deferrals but that segment only makes up 25 percent of their portfolio
