RE:RE:RE:RE:Yielding 8% +++Today is the kind of day that separates the gamblers from the investors out there.

In the long run this is a safe bet.

Unless you plan to die from covid in the next six months this is the time to sit back and ride out the volatility until the vaccine fairy makes everything nice and normal again and markets resume their normal course. :)

I'll take the dividend if they can keep it up at this rate, but I won't freak out over a single bad quarter in the middle of a 100  year pandemic.

Right now the safest thing to own in this market is real estate and REITs are the poor man's income properties.

And if you're a bottom feeding, day trading weasel-bot then I wish you luck with the 8 hour crystal ball :P
