Unprofitable brewery destroys shareholder capital and needs a fresh start.  Those "undervalued" assets service debt.  Debt holders have priority claims on unproductive assets.  Declare bankruptcy.  Wipe out debt.  Recapitalize.

PS this terrible performance has been during a 40 year craft beer run where revenues have grown by 8% a year!
