Pumping the stock with a list of investors that don't have exit liquidity doesn't actually pump the stock.  Why is Big Rock extremely risky? Why did the auditor issue a going concern warning? Why does Big Rock have second lien financing?  How much?  With who?  How long? With debt on top of debt I agree with the auditors in that Big Rock may not make it.  Since ...more

someone has been accumulating shares at a very cheap price lately, at a share price well undervalued, are you part of this? trying to scare shareholders while you are picking up shares? we are trading well below the company fair value right now, I wouldn't be surprised if we see an offer soon.  As of November 2023 Net assets (assets minus debts): 24,600,000  = 3.50$ / share ...more

someone realized what "going concern" warning means and has been selling shares at a very expensive price lately, at a share price well overvalued, are you part of this?  I can get behind encouraging people to invest in Molson, AbInbev, Heineken but why would anyone pump Big "Going Concern" Rock up is beyond me?  There is a possibility that this company is bankrupt ...more
