Brand and Beer going to 0, yes, ZERO

Slow death taking place.

There's no turnaround for BR.

You don't restructure a broken brand.

Eventually common stock gets wiped out, the debt holders will sell assets.

Game over.

Yes, it's sad for those involved to watch 40yrs of tradition fade away but BR hasn't kept pace with industry innovation.

If/when a few big volume customers are lost, BR's decline will accelerate and losses will expand.

Craft Beer may have flourished the past decade, but the customer base has not.

I hate to see heritage like this vanish, culture and people fading, but this is the beer business.

You don't innovate, you fade and customers go elsewhere.

Maybe there's $5-10mm left after debts repaid.

Will there be compensation to L-T employees ?

Still not worth the risk for common stock pumpers to play golf in a field of landmines.

Money will be lost, sad to say it.

Company not likely to exist 5yrs from now.
