I have liked your posts about various stocks .
Can you try to convince me that there are meaningful synergies between a company that makes and sells  drilling fluid chemicals and additives,  to the resource industry in North America and Titan Logix Corp. who are a technology company specializing in Research and Development (R&D), manufacturing and marketing of advanced technology fluid management solutions?

I do know about the balance sheet relationship so that doesn't need explanation.

I can see Bri-Chem using Titan Logix's products but would entry into a business space where larger competitors such as CES Energy Solutions operate really be benefical.
