Lula takes control 1 January im sur it won't be a favourable speech towards new mines he say he wdd add nuts to stop ilegal minning he never said he's in favor of new mines in the Amazon

Correct. But he also said he will look to stop illegal mining in Brazil...which is what a great deal of the environmental concern is about. Para is the second largest mining state in Brazil. The majors were planning on investment staying the same going forward regardless of which person won the presidency. If illegal mining gets tackled, legal mining will be important to replace that income. The
