Altamira is a major regional center with a population of approximately 150,000 and is serviced by a local airport and the Trans-Amazonian Highway. The North Block includes four zones; Ouro Verde, Junction, Grota Seca and Greia; the South Block is located approximately 10 km south.

interpretation iI don't know if my interpretation is correct any feedback or different interpretation would be appreciated . The Amazon group sees no path in Brazil to derail this so they are trying to stop this thru the courts in Canda, can they I have no idea, jurisdiction problems?
