RE:RE:RE:RE:ifLike I said if this gets anything towards progress on permits it will do a lot better than 0.20, and I do believe this will get permits but alot has to change management is definitely one of them, what I see here is this dragging on for yesrs now a days getting water permits is very difficult for minning snd belive it or not envierment organizations are doing is asking for large donations to buy lands outright to stop certain farming and minning projects
