Share offering for down payment?Following yesterday's announcement of the $12.6 M purchase, with $8.3 M financed by mortgage, I wonder if they have the down payment of $4.3 M or if they will issue a share offering to raise the money.

They have issued shares for some purchases in the past, and it often represents a buying opportunity when the market share price is pulled down by the share offering price.
