Monday April 15th Hong Kong ETFs

Monday April 15th, is approval date for BTC ETFs in Hong Kong.  I think there will be a lot of demand and this happens so close to the halving event.  GrayScale has sold so much BTC but luckily, Blackrock and Fidelity has been buying most of it up.  Any here think that the halving event is built into the price of BTC already and what is your price prediction? Anyone?
