RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Does anyone here trade the forex Talk of buyouts were just rumors just like they are today. And the ones who spread them are "experts" from the Fool & Zacks. Now you taught me not to listen to those guys PRO...LOL!
I think I got lucky with Penn West but they brought me enough bread to make me happy. I'm not big league...I'm just a poor investor

I'll admit BTE has come a long ways since January when they were bordering on geting delisted by New York. Like I've always said, BTE is a good swing trading stock and good long term growth but it's still saddled with debt.

I wouldn't be too down on Penn West because their financials are a lot more sound than before although they lost their Saskatchewan assets. But being smaller & leaner means good growth potential. So let's see who turns a profit first...Penn West or Baytex.  But you're definitely right that BTE has good assets they can sell on the lower end at least to pay down some debt & give the stock the momentum it needs. I just think it's good to be diversified with other players out there.

I also have some Penngrowth. I'm curious to know your opinion on it
