RE:Keystone XL & Break-even WTI for Peace River & Lloydminster

RE:Keystone XL & Break-even WTI for Peace River & LloydminsterNot sure if the pipeline gets the final approval on how long it will take to build and actually start functioning. I think it's a 2-3 year time frame. This is great news and may force our FEDS to push Canada East through which would actually flow more oil 1.1 million a day compared to keystone at 888,000 a day. Not all of Baytex CDN production goes south but will have an impact on transportation costs to the bottom line. The most important equation in BTE's success will obviously be the oil price and right now I see it above 53 and the global oil fundamentals are in way better shape than anytime in the last couple of years. It will take some more time but the lack of investment will rear it's ugly head and wil not be avoided. By the time Keystone XL is up and running we could be at 80-100 oil and BTE trading at who knows what 20+, some will say sure it will but history shows that's how the oil cycles run....mgba
