Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 162,000 net acres of crude oil operations. Its Viking assets are located in the Dodsland area in southwest Saskatchewan and in the Esther area of southeastern Alberta. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

The Legault government is poised to make vaccine passports mandatory for those who wish to shop at the liquor stores of the Socit des Alcools du Qubec (SAQ) and the sales outlets of the Socit qubcoise du cannabis (SQDC), the Journal de Montral reported on Tuesday.

Citing anonymous government sources, the report says a decision on barring unvaccinated Quebecers from the province’s liquor and cannabis monopolies will be made this week and comes as COVID-19 caseloads continue to soar and public pressure increases on the government to crack down on those who continue to refuse to be inoculated against the virus. {Eigen337: I 'believe' that this is UTTER BS and a COMPLETE FABRICATION !!!}

The logistics of such a policy — how and where the passport will be scanned once a customer is inside a liquor or cannabis store — have yet to be finalized.

However, the report says that while customers will have to present proof of vaccination, no such requirement will be imposed on the employees serving them.

At the moment, vaccine passports are mandatory to access concert halls, bars, restaurants, casinos, convention centres, religious venues and sporting events.
