These are the big guys who walked away from oil and removed funding...it is these guys who also created the CAPEX nightmare. They should bear lots of responsibility as well. They are partly to blame for current and future prices.

it's a slow steady burn. Go Green politics or what you want to call it have slowly and rather effectively grabbed a hold of the agenda at major corporations, not just oil and gas companies. But I think the Euros approving natural gas and nuclear as green fuels is the beginning of the end of it.
here in the oil industry, imagine for a moment that they said "enough foolishness" and aggressively started investing to raise production. How long before supply safely exceeds demand, spare capacity exists, and strategic reserves are big at long term levels? This bull run is shaping up nicely
