RE:RE:CNQ is VERY surprisingHO, i am ok with the short term movement. To be perfectly honest I would be ok to figure out what the Russian discount minimum is. It would be good to know what that floor is. After that it is much easier to evaluate things.

CNQ has gone from 87 to 67....call it 23%....
90+ Oil for CNQ is a no brainer....same with BTE but surprised funds are that blind. I get avoiding small and mid...but for funds to avoid CNQ is somewhat mind boggling.
