China has a sizable SPR they can draw on but as with any SPR , it is limited . Once China gets back up and running at a normal pace it will seriously squeeze supply so depending on price I would expect China to look for cheap Russian oil . With India and China after the same Russian barrels the rest of the world will be reliant on OPEC+ and NA exports which looks good for producers but not so good for deal hunters , lol .

Supply will not satisfy demand and inventory's will continue to drain until governments genuinely offer a conducive environment to grow production .
