Here's a direct quote : "427 million barrels is the lowest inventory level since 1984 . it is also the first time there is less oil in the SPR than in commercial storage" .
China is opening and is laying out plans for a return to free travel , this will rapidly ramp up demand but as everyone knows there is no extra supply to call on . Russia's 300,000 reserve soldier call up has caused a mass exodus toward Finland and I wonder if that will effect oil production or export volumes . Airline and bus tickets sold out in hours and now Putin is expected to restrict travel for men of fighting age .
