Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 162,000 net acres of crude oil operations. Its Viking assets are located in the Dodsland area in southwest Saskatchewan and in the Esther area of southeastern Alberta. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

RE:RE:RE:What can you say ........Hedges might be a huge differance maker. This year's hedges were topped out at $68.00. Next year they have 9500B/day with a low of 62 and a high of 96.I look forward to seeing where the rest of their hedges will come in at. I am hoping for the mid 80's for a high.
 I am also hoping for production around 86,000/day.
 I am also hoping for debt to be below 1 billion.
 I am also hoping for share buybacks to be better due to lower share price.
Mostly I really don't care because the big money will be made in a year or two assuming WTI stays at today's level or higher.
