I have doubts if the deal will go forwardThere is still a debt component that will require nervous bankers to finance it. With oil tanking daily I am not sure how this will play out. I cannot imagine today money people are receptive to the idea that oil is going to $100. Also BTE is getting hammered daily much worse than its peers which also doesn't help confidence.
Today's financial realities are very different than what was 4 weeks ago.
It is a good deal though, bad timing.
