I understand the weather likes and the lack of those pesky biters but maybe l am wrong but that country is one of the most corrupt and incompetent jurisdicitionsf in South America , not that many others could claim to be able ,to run a Pizn conteat in aa respectable manner , and thakt has been apparent since both Xspain and Portugal exited the colonies they exploited to the max. I agree with your political choices. But in regards to divs is my take , they have had a decade to reduce debt but when it starts to materialize they go out and blow the wad on a big acquisition . Now , l think like your bud that the XRanger deal is good going forward as they didn't buy when oil is over $100 , go figure , just lucky in my opinion.But l will continue to maintain that shareholders especially long-term loyal sufferers are over due for some reward. The promise of down the road , in the future is trite and just kicking the company line BS down the road. Finally it's hot and humid enough out here in the Maritimes , l can't begin to think what it is Venezuela, l detest the heat and am looking forward to the fall and a nice blagzing fire to warm my soul.Cheers
