Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Greager would have been in the loop ...

Greager would have been in the loop ...... to the block trade. I actually believe he was instrumental in having the Juniper shares placed in strong hands in the most orderly way ... a block trade.

Greager made it very clear that he had a good relationship with Juniper and assured us they would work with him to move shares if they decided a dispostion was the route they wanted to go when the first  tranche came free.

It seems to me the trade already completed on the 18th and the 3 day settlement would be tomorrow as they indicated.
