Thinking about selling my Baytex shares & moving on

Thinking about selling my Baytex shares & moving on

Don't like what I am seeing.

Share count up

Debt up

I bought it for the Clearwater expansion and got handed the Eagleford instead

Biggest insiders rushed to sell (Juniper)

Stock worst in space despite highly touting from banks/Nuttall (red flag)

Handing out free hats and garb onTwitter (see Burnsco, the promoter on X)

Board never buys stock

Also Nugget Capital put a $3 price target on it if oil falls to $75

Folks, I don't like what I am seeing here and I may take the L and move on.

Thoughts?

Sincerely,

Niko Doughski
