Nuttal is probably selling BTE accumulating CJ and others for his income fund.

The stock price action or lack thereof is "Nuts" with WTI so high but I don't think it has anything to do with Nuttal's actions because how do you explain the fact that, generally, none of the Canadian energy stocks have rocketed up despite the insance increase in WTI?

Personally I don't trust Nuttall, he's a major pumper of his own positions then dumps them for a quick buck. A while ago he bought a $100 million position in Baytex, just my estimate, if he's already out of Baytex, his fund probably netted $25-$35 million in a very short term. These guys can't be trusted, he pushed ATH, then dumped. He's preaching the oil supercycle this ...more

The Nut and impact I know people think too much about this stuff....really you do.... Consider the following 1. Do we need more institutional investors in Cdn O&G? My answer would be yes 2. How does that happen? Someone with big blocks sells big blocks and someone buys big blocks 3. But what happens to the person who sold the blocks? It frees up cash to be reinvested in companies ...more
